Meet Dr Adrian Zumpe
Adrian is a qualified veterinarian with over 30 years of experience caring for animals. After helping a close friend say goodbye to their beloved pet at home, surrounded by the people and things they knew and loved, he saw firsthand how much more peaceful and personal the experience could be. It was then he realised that this kind of goodbye could make a meaningful difference for many families facing one of the hardest moments of pet ownership.
Having also experienced the loss of his own beloved pets, Adrian understands deeply what it means to say goodbye to a member of the family. That understanding is what led him to found Homeward Bound Veterinary Care — built on a simple belief that every animal deserves a peaceful, dignified goodbye, and every family deserves the comfort of home during that difficult time.
Adrian proudly serves families throughout the greater Geelong area, within a 30-minute drive of home. He offers appointments during evenings and weekends, giving each family his full time, care, and presence during one of life's most tender moments.
