We know this is one of the most sorrowful times for you and your family, and we encourage you to take all the time you need to say goodbye.
Afterward, your pet remains in Adrian's care, treated with the same dignity and respect, until Eden Hills takes over for cremation and the return of their ashes.
Contact Adrian to discuss location, timing, and any additional details with you beforehand. Once Adrian’s service has been paid for, we recommend to separately get in touch with Eden Hills to organise the aftercare process and billing as outlined below.
Cremation and aftercare are arranged separately through our trusted partner, Eden Hills, who provide private cremation and the personal return of your pet's ashes.
After your visit from Adrian, if cremation is to be desired your pet will remain in his care and you will be contacted shortly by Eden Hills. We recommend getting in touch with Eden Hills directly after speaking to Adrian to arrange the details and pricing for this next step.
